Elvis Asia graduated from Ambrose Alli University in 2007 and was called to the Nigerian Bar in 2008. He obtained Masters in law from the University of Lagos in 2013. He is a member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators, United Kingdom, Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators of Nigeria (2016) and the Chartered Institute of Taxation of Nigeria in (2019).
Elvis was a Senior Counsel at the law of firm of Chief Rotimi Williams’ Chambers before joining the firm. He has advised local and foreign clients on various aspects of the Nigerian law including Project Financing, Gas Flare Commercialisation Agreements, Oil and Gas Development, Production and Divestment, Cross-Border lending, Commercial Litigation and Arbitration, Intellectual Property Protection, Utility-scale Solar Generation Facilities Development in Nigeria, Public Private Partnership, amongst others.
Elvis is also a prolific writer. His articles, especially on novel areas of the law, have been published on major journals, newsletters and newspapers across the globe.
His practice includes Dispute Resolution, Project Finance, Mergers and Acquisitions, Corporate/Commercial law and Intellectual Property, Real Property and Estate Management, Oil and Gas, Taxation, Family Law, Entertainment and Information Technology Law.
